Prof. Yang Liu was born in November 1978. She pursued her academic journey in the field of Computer Science, culminating in a Ph.D. from the School of Computer Science at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWTU) between September 2003 and November 2007. After earning her Ph.D., Prof. Liu began her professional career as an Assistant Researcher at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, part of the China Academy of Sciences, from November 2007 to February 2009. Since March 2009, she has been a Professor at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Henan University of Technology (HAUT). Her professional journey has been marked by significant contributions to academia and research, particularly in the realms of distributed computing and blockchain.

Born in Khorasane Jonubi in 1958, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Pasandidehfard embarked on his academic journey at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where he earned his BSc in 1985. He continued his education at the same institution, completing his MSc in 1988, and later pursued his PhD at the University of Sydney, graduating in 1996.

Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Pasandidehfard began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 1996. He steadily progressed to the role of Associate Professor in 2008 and has held the prestigious position of Professor since 2016.
