Dr. Leila Celin Nascimento is a distinguished researcher in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Universidade Estadual Norte Fluminense (2024), a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2002), and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution (2000).
