Prof. Minghui Quan is a distinguished scholar in Exercise and Sports Science, widely recognized for his research on physical activity and health outcomes across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and older adults. His expertise spans exercise interventions for ADHD, obesity, cognitive decline, and chronic disease prevention, as well as advanced methodologies such as accelerometer-based assessments, meta-analyses, and longitudinal cohort studies.
