Dr. Kaan Koçali began his academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Istanbul University in 2011. His doctoral thesis addressed the legal responsibilities of permanent supervisors in mines under Turkish law and proposed a software-based tracking and control system.
