Demonstrating a commitment to advancing his expertise, Dr. Mainsbridge achieved his PhD in December 2016, focusing on the effects of workplace interventions on the health of desk-based employees. Since 2022, he has been serving as a Senior Lecturer in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education at the University of New England.
