Dr. Qasim Muhammad's academic journey began with his Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, in 2008. He continued his studies at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Entomology in 2010. Driven by his passion for the field, he pursued a PhD in Entomology at Fujian Agricultural & Forestry University in China, which he completed in 2018. His doctoral research focused on advanced entomological studies, preparing him for a career dedicated to the study of insects and their interactions with the environment.

He began his career as a Technical Sales Officer and later as a Research & Development Officer at Warble (Pvt.) Limited in Pakistan, where he gained practical experience in the pesticide industry. His academic career took off in 2019 when he joined Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, as a researcher. In 2020, he became a Lecturer in Entomology at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, and was later promoted to Assistant Professor. In 2023, Dr. Muhammad joined Shihezi University in Xinjiang, China, as an Associate Professor of Entomology, where he continues to contribute to entomological research and education.
