Her interest in economics as a science led her to start working at a research institute (IEIE SB RAS) in Novosibirsk in 2020. This foundational period established her passion for economic research and set the stage for her future academic endeavors.

After completing her bachelor's degree, Anastasia pursued a Master's program in Economic Research at the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow. She enrolled in the United Track Master's-PhD program with a scholarship, further solidifying her academic trajectory. Currently, she serves as a Research Assistant in the Laboratory for Spatial Econometric Modeling of Socio-Economic Processes in Russia at HSE. Her role involves significant research activities, including participation in the HSE Research and Study Group focused on the impact of macroeconomic shocks on socio-economic processes in Russia.

Anastasia's research primarily revolves around regional and spatial economics.
