Dr. Orhan achieved her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2015, with Prof. Erdogan Alper as her supervisor. Her dissertation examined the absorption kinetics of CO2 into Ionic Liquid-CO2 binding organic liquid hybrid solvents.
