Her pursuit of knowledge continued at Monash University, where she earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, laying the groundwork for her future research and academic contributions.

Dr. Ng is a Lecturer at the School of Management & Marketing, Faculty of Business & Law, Taylor’s University.
