She furthered her studies with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, also from Multimedia University. Her pursuit of knowledge continued at Monash University, where she earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, laying the groundwork for her future research and academic contributions.

Dr. Ng is a Lecturer at the School of Management & Marketing, Faculty of Business & Law, Taylor’s University. Her role involves teaching various modules, including International Business Issues and Policies, Organisational Studies, and Research Methods.
