He earned his B.Com from New Arts, Commerce & Science College, Ahmednagar, and advanced through multiple postgraduate degrees including an MBA in Computer Management, MCM, M.Com, and PGDBM in HR. Demonstrating a keen interest in research, he completed a six-month certificate course in Research Methodology from Deccan College, Pune, and was awarded a Ph.D. in Commerce from Nagpur University. His doctoral research focused on the use of e-learning resources by teachers and students and its influence on academic performance—a subject highly relevant to today’s digital learning environments.

Dr. Pakhale brings over 15 years of diverse academic and administrative experience. He currently serves as the Principal and Assistant Professor at K.V.N. Naik College, Sinnar. Previously, he held pivotal roles as Principal and Assistant Professor at Ashwamedh College and as a faculty member in Computer Science at Shree Samarth College, Ahmednagar. His multidisciplinary expertise extends beyond academia, including roles in IT as a SAP B1 Developer and in the private sector with IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd.
