Dr. Jamal Salah completed his Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Basrah in 1988. He continued his studies and obtained a Masterโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in 1995. His academic journey culminated with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bradford in 2005.

He has also held various administrative positions, including the head of the Electrical Engineering Department and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
