She furthered her education with an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completed in 2003. Dr. Park achieved her Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Management Information Systems, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. Her academic background is complemented by minors in Operations Management, Computer Science, and Statistics, which have equipped her with a diverse and robust foundation in both theoretical and applied aspects of her field.

Dr. Park's professional career is marked by her roles in academia, starting as an Assistant Professor at Kean University in New Jersey, from 2012 to 2014. She then transitioned to Jeju National University as a lecturer, focusing on Technology Management, Quality Management, MIS, and Management Decision from 2015 to 2017. Dr. Park's expertise and commitment led her to Cheju Halla University, where she contributed significantly to establishing a new English-track program for International Business. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Chonnam National University, Kwangju, South Korea, continuing her dedication to teaching and academic leadership.
