Mr. Elias Kucheās academic journey began with his primary education at Ligaba Beyene in Wolita Sodo, Ethiopia. He continued his studies through Sodo Ber Melestegna Secondary School and Sodo Comprehensive High School. He earned his first formal qualification, a Diploma in Teaching English from Hawassa College of Teacher Education in 1996, which laid the foundation for his teaching career. Mr. Kuche further advanced his education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2010 and a Masterās degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in 2016, both from Arba Minch University.

Mr. Kuche began his professional career as an English Language Teacher at Areka Preparatory School, where he served from 2005 to 2018.
